All projects begin with a detailed discussion and a written proposal. Once you approve the proposal and work commences, the initial deposit (if applicable) is non‑refundable, as it reserves our time and resources.
If you cancel the project before any work has begun, any deposit paid will be fully refunded. Cancellation must be communicated in writing via email.
After we have started editing (e.g., rough cut delivered), the deposit becomes non‑refundable. However, if you are unsatisfied with the initial direction, we will work with you to revise it at no extra cost within the agreed revision limit.
If, after a reasonable number of revisions (as specified in your proposal), you are still not satisfied, we may offer a partial refund depending on the work completed. This is assessed on a case‑by‑case basis.
For hourly projects, you are billed for the actual hours worked. If you decide to stop the project midway, you will be invoiced for the hours already logged, and any unused prepaid hours will be refunded.
Once the final video is delivered and you have approved it, the full payment is due and no refund will be issued. We consider the project complete upon your written approval or after 14 days of no response to the final delivery.
If we are unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances on our end (e.g., illness, technical failure), we will refund any amount paid for unfinished work, or offer to complete it as soon as possible.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear in your account.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind after work has commenced, or for dissatisfaction with the creative direction if it aligns with the original brief and you have not requested revisions.
If you provide incomplete or incorrect materials (e.g., low‑resolution footage, missing files) and this delays the project, we are not liable for the delay and no refund will be given for time already spent.
For expedited or rush projects, all sales are final. Due to the priority scheduling, we cannot offer refunds if you decide to cancel a rush order after we have allocated resources.
Any disputes regarding refunds must be submitted in writing within 14 days of project completion. We will review the issue and respond within 5 business days.
This refund policy applies only to services directly provided by Cliprivex Studios. Third‑party costs (e.g., stock footage, music licenses) are non‑refundable once purchased on your behalf.
If you believe an error occurred in billing (e.g., double charge), please contact us immediately, and we will investigate and correct any mistake.
We encourage open communication throughout the project to avoid misunderstandings. If at any point you are unhappy, please let us know – we want to make it right.
